This is my favorite Felix cartoon, especially because of Neptune's speech. (My other favorite little touch is the sound made as the fish's tears hit the bottom of the bowl.) This was my first made anime music video. There is another version out there with the song of Kylie Minogue - On a night like this. It was, however, plagiarised from my version. But it's somehow good, so I really don't care. It's just strange that someone labels it as hiw own "made" video just by the change of music.
